CLASSIC MARGARITA
CINCO DE MAYO BLANCO TEQUILA
I N G R E D I E N T S :
• 60 ml 5 de Mayo Blanco Tequila
• 30 ml Cointreau
• 30 ml fresh lime juice
• Salt for rimming the glass
• Crushed pink peppercorn for rimming
• Lime wheel for garnish
P R E P A R A T I O N :
Rim the edge of a glass with salt and crushed pink peppercorn.
In a shaker with ice, pour in the tequila, Cointreau, and lime juice.
Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
Strain into the prepared glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel.

ALL NATURAL PALOMA
CINCO DE MAYO REPOSADO TEQUILA
I N G R E D I E N T S :
• 60 ml 5 de Mayo Reposado Tequila
• 90 ml fresh grapefruit juice
• 15 ml fresh lime juice
• 15 ml agave syrup
• Salt for rimming the glass
• Grapefruit wedge or twist for garnish
P R E P A R A T I O N :
Rim a highball glass with salt and lime.
Fill the glass with ice.
In a shaker, combine tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave syrup.
Shake gently and pour into the glass.
Garnish with a grapefruit wedge or twist.

CARAJILLO “OUR WAY”
CINCO DE MAYO AÑEJO TEQUILA
I N G R E D I E N T S :
• 45 ml Añejo Tequila
• 30 ml Xtabentún
• 30 ml fresh espresso (cold or at room temperature)
• Ice
• Oaxacan chocolate powder for garnish
P R E P A R A T I O N :
Fill a shaker with ice.
Add tequila, Xtabentún, and espresso.
Shake hard until cold and foamy.
Strain into an old fashioned glass.
Dust with Oaxacan chocolate powder.

CINCO DE MAYO BLANCO MEZCAL
I N G R E D I E N T S :
• 1/3 oz 5 de Mayo Blanco Mezcal
• 1/3 oz Aperol
• 1/3 oz Yellow Chartreuse
• 1/3 oz fresh lime juice
P R E P A R A T I O N :
In a shaker with ice, add all ingredients.
Shake well until chilled.
Strain into a coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
Serve without garnish.

BLUE MARTINI
CINCO DE ENSAMBLE BLANCO MEZCAL
I N G R E D I E N T S :
• 45 ml 5 de Mayo Ensamble Mezcal
• 15 ml blue curaçao
• 15 ml lilac liqueur
• 10 ml dry vermouth (to rinse the glass)
• 1 dash orange bitters
• Lemon twist or edible flower for garnish
P R E P A R A T I O N :
Fill a shaker with ice.
Add mezcal, curaçao, and bitters.
Stir gently to chill.
Rinse a martini glass with vermouth.
Strain the mix into the glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist or edible flower
