OUR MEZCALES

 ESPADÍN        ENSAMBLE

Honoring the rich tradition of artesanal mezcal, we proudly collaborate with skilled families of mezcaleros in San Dionisio Ocotepec—a native Zapotec town—to craft a premium spirit that embodies authenticity and craftsmanship. Whether Ensamble or Espadín, each sip is a joyous celebration, a true symphony of flavors that delights the palate and elevates every occasion.

From San Dionisio Ocotepec, home of the indigenous Zapotec tradition.

Cooked underground in a specialized oak wood oven.

Fermented with native natural yeasts in pine wood vats. Distilled in clay pots and an artisanal copper alembic still.

Extracted into a premium product from wild agave cultivated for 6 years.

TASTING NOTES

Smoke, pepper, citrus, agave, and some earthy or vegetal notes. Some tasting notes include cooked agave, ripe mango, and sandalwood.

Finished to perfection at high temperatures, alchemized from the Tepeztate and Espadín agaves.

TASTING NOTES

The flavor profile of Tepeztate mezcal is often described as a “rollercoaster” of flavors, starting mild and then surprising the palate with deeper notes. Common flavors include roasted peppers, mint, and potentially even a hint of vanilla, balanced by the smokiness of the espadín mezcal.
